"From Where I Stand"

This song was inspired by photos I took back in 2009, navigating life on the streets, searching for meaning, dignity, and a flicker of faith. This song speaks for those we often pass by without seeing. And reminds us that hope sometimes comes in a paper bag with hot coffee and a warm sandwich.

The Cry Unheard - Silent Cry of the Heart

I've updated the video I had on YouTube, The Cry Unheard. It now features a new soundtrack with one of my original songs written specifically for this video, Silent Cry of the Heart. The video tells the story behind one of my photos and offers a powerful warning. I hope you'll check it out, give me some feedback, and let me know what you think.

Strength in Surrender

Here's the song that wrote with the help of ai let me know what you think.
I was Inspired by 1 Peter 5:6–11 and Habakkuk

To hear the song click: Strength in Surrender

[Verse 1]
When trials rise and shadows fall,
And answers echo, silent, small—
We seek His will, we strive to stand,
Yet falter still beneath His plan.
We walk the path with hearts made true,
Yet wonder why the skies aren't blue.
Forsaken? No—though all may flee,
His mighty hand still covers me.

[Chorus]
So bow the soul, release control,
Let self-will yield, let ego roll.
True lowliness is not despair—
It’s the place where God draws near.

[Verse 2]
For in surrender, strength is born,
And from our burdens, peace is torn.
Cast every care, each anxious sigh,
Upon the One who hears your cry.
He knows our pain, each whispered plea,
And charts our course, setting us free.
When doubt surrounds and fears take flight,
He shines His love, our guiding light.

[Chorus]
So bow the soul, release control,
Let self-will yield, let ego roll.
True lowliness is not despair—
It’s the place where God draws near.

[Bridge]
Be watchful now, with sober mind—
The enemy lurks, fierce and unkind.
A lion roars, to steal your peace,
But stand in faith—his grip will cease.
You’re not alone—throughout the earth,
God’s children groan and prove their worth.
Though suffering comes for just a while,
God meets us in the trial with style.

[Verse 3]
The God of grace, so rich, so wise,
Will lift your soul, will make you rise.
In every storm, His promise stands—
A faithful heart rests in His hands.
Through valleys deep and shadows long,
He gives us hope, He makes us strong.
So lift your eyes to heavens blue,
And trust His heart will see us through.

[Outro]
With every step, we walk in faith,
His love our banner, His strength our wraith.
So let's rejoice, though trials may come,
For in His arms, we are at home.
